Fundraisers & Events

Each year the baseball program raises money to help with the costs of the player pack items listed above as well as equipment, gear, field, etc. upkeep. This cannot be done with just a few, it takes all of us to help raise these funds. Please add the following fundraiser & event dates on your calendar. 

• Salt Sales

• Each player will receive a paper copy of the order sheet at the player/parent meeting.  Please reach out to friends, coworkers, and neighbors to sell them some bags for their home and support their local baseball team. 

• Order sheets and all payments are due by Wednesday, April 17th to a board member at each team’s respective game location that day (details to come).  

• Exact pickup is TBD, the beginning of May at the Knutson/Courchane residences on Orchard Trl N in Brooklyn Park. 

• **BONUS: For every 12 bags sold, players receive 1 paid ticket to the end of season banquet/dinner.  (24 bags = 2 paid tickets, etc. Limit to player’s RSVP for the banquet)***

• Online Team Fundraising 

• New this year, we will have an online fundraising option. If you have a lot of family and friends who live out of town or out of state and would love to support your team, this will be a great option for you to help raise money. More details will be shared at the meeting and watch for more information. 

• **BONUS: For every $100 donated in your  player’s name you receive 1 paid ticket to the end of season banquet/dinner.  ($200 = 2 paid tickets, etc. Limit to player’s RSVP for the banquet)***

• MYAS tournament

• This tournament is our largest fundraiser and requires everyone to volunteer. Mark your calendars for the weekend of July 26-28. Be prepared to provide your availability for your volunteer shift at the player/parent meeting. More details will be shared at the meeting.

If you’d like to share the game schedule with others or add the TeamSnap calendar to your preferred calendar app, there are links posted on our website to help you add a new calendar to your app via URL.  You can find this info on our Schedules Page.

Online Apparel Shop

The PCM fan apparel shop has closed.  Look for another pre-season opportunity at the start of each spring season.

Game Day Apparel Sales

We have a limited stock of prior years apparel, as well as extra belts and socks for sale at games played at Pirate Park. Payment via Venmo or Paypal is preferred (no cash or check). You can preview the current inventory using this link.

BPBA Opening Day

Saturday, May 4th @ 10AM at the Northwoods baseball complex.  Players & coaches provide a visual presence (in uniform) for the BPBA youth baseball teams at their opening day ceremony.  This is one way that we continue to reach out to our local teams to help build participation for the future.  Watch TeamSnap for more details.

End of Season Banquet

Sunday, June 9 from 6:30-8:30PM at the Edinburgh Golf Course.  

• Everyone is invited to attend the dinner/program to celebrate the season.  Dinner tickets will be approximately $30/person, players can fundraise for their tickets through the Salt Sale and the Online Fundraiser.  

• As per tradition, each Senior Player’s dinner ticket is covered and Senior families will receive information in the coming weeks on creating your senior spotlight slide for social media as well as your senior picture board that will be on display at the banquet.
